How does this all work? TOP
1. Select a design that exactly or closely resembles what you would like for your own design. Keep in mind that we are willing and able to change all aspects of a design; from the colors, to the wording, the photo style, and the fonts.
2. Order your design using our secure shopping cart. Once we receive your order, you will be emailed a form from us for submitting your information and photos.
3. Once we have received all of your information, you will receive an email proof for viewing within 48-72 hrs.
4. From here we can work together to perfect all aspects of your design. We are happy to make any adjustments needed to give you a beautiful and unique card that is perfect in every way!
5. After you have given your final approval, your design will be sent to print and you will receive it via UPS Ground within 7-10 business days.

How does ordering Chicken Scratches work? TOP
1) Choose any Two Chickens and a Monkey design! Birth announcement, holiday card, thank you note, anything. There will be a place to indicate your choice on the order page.
2) Once we receive your order we will send you an email form to collect information, names, dates, and yes, your face and body selections!
3) After you send us all of the information for your card you will receive an email proof with 48 hrs.
4) With your approval of the proof, we can go to print and you can expect to receive your cards within 7 business days!
What paper will my design be printed on? TOP
Our Birth Announcements, Birthday Invitations, Holiday Cards and Graduation announcements are printed on professional quality photo paper. We offer a choice of high gloss, matte, or metallic finishes.
High gloss: High gloss paper brings a professional and sharp look to your announcement!
Matte: Our matte finish paper is a professional quality photo paper that offers accurate color, realistic saturation and brighter colors!
Metallic: This unique paper offers a glossy metallic, or pearlescent, finish that will make your images pop! Flesh tones look natural, details are crisp and colors are beautifully saturated!
Thank You Cards are printed on high quality card stock in the high gloss finish and Mommy Calling Cards are printed on heavy business card stock with a high gloss uv protective coating.
What size should my picture be? TOP
We recommend that all photos be at least 1800x1200 pixels. We ask that all scanned photos be a minimum of 300 dpi (dots per inch) or preferably 600 dpi. We ask this to ensure the best quality design for you! If you are unsure of how to find or adjust these specifics on your photos, please contact us and we will help you in any way that we can. We will also evaluate any photo free of charge before using it in your design.
Can I use professional photographs in my design? TOP
Yes, with written consent from the photographer. If they grant permission they will have a form that can be forwarded to us. We would need this form faxed, mailed, or sent as a pdf attachment.
Should I edit my photographs before submitting them? TOP
No, we have all the capabilities to edit the photos in any way that you would like. We are able to crop, sharpen, reduce red-eye, and make color photos black & white. If there is anything specific that you would like done to a photo before it is used, such as having a specific part cropped out or fixing a blemish, please just note that in the email with your photos.
How long will it take to receive my cards? TOP
After we have received your final approval on the design, please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order via UPS Ground. Keep in mind we only ship Monday through Friday, not on weekends.
Is there a minimum order? TOP
All designs are sold in boxes of 25 with the exception of Mommy Calling Cards which are sold in boxes of 20.
Are envelopes included in my order? TOP
Yes, we include a white envelope for each announcement. |
